- Toyota Tsusho Corporation became sole stockholder.
- 2002
- Changed name to Toyotsu Auto Service Co., Ltd.
- 2012
- Merged with Yokohama Generator Co., Ltd.
- Changed name to TAS Corporation.

- Merged with Targa Co., Ltd.
